How do Athletes Perceive the Group Environment in Relation to the Promotion of Gratitude?

Recently, studies have shown that gratitude has a positive effect on athletes’ mental health and the maintenance improvement of relationships. However, it is not clear as to what kind perception group environment can enhance athletes' gratitude. We aimed assess in relation promoting (perceived environment). A total 138 university athletic club students were asked complete an open-ended questionnaire. The data was analyzed using qualitative procedures outlined by Côté et al. (1993). created tags from gathered with similar meanings. Subsequently, we labeled cluster (categories) reflect topic brief. As result, found there are four aspects perceived environment: relationships formed expressions gratitude, team members, activities expressing norms expression. In future research, findings this study should be used determine promotes athletes.
